Exhibitor Benefits & Requirements:Santa Rosa Park offers exhibitors close by parking for loading and unloading ( parking for 100 cars). The show will be limited to 130 exhibitors San Luis Obispo Art in the Park will spend over $12,000 on TV, newspaper and Radio advertising. San Luis Obipso Art in the Park estimates that over 8000 people will attend either of these events. There are over 250,000 people who live within 25 miles of San Luis Obispo. San Luis Obispo County is home to 1000's of wealthy homeowners who love high caliber art events. San Luis Obispo Art in the Park will be presented on Saturday and Sunday May 23-24 and on Saturday and Sunday September 5-6 2026. Set-up will be on Friday before each show from 8am till 8pm. Early Saturday set up (not recommended) is only available by contacting Steve Powers for approval. Breakdown will be on Sunday afternoon from 5pm till 8pm only. No Monday breakdown allowed. San Luis Obispo Art in the Park is a juried show so we must see 5 photos of your work before we can process your application. You must e-mail photos with your online application. We need to see a photo of how your booth display will be presented. If you want to apply just click the "Apply Online " link above. Simply follow the detailed instructions in the online application form and e-mail us photos of your work. You need to place a $100 non-refundable deposit on account when you apply using a credit card. The $100 deposit is part of the booth fee, along with your included $49 city license fee. The 10x10 booth fee will be a $389 grand total which includes all fees and licenses. Your balance due for a 10x10 would be $289. 20x10 booth fees are $499 with a final balance due of $399 after the deposit. If you are not accepted into the show your $100 deposit will be refunded. After your application has been sent and is accepted you will receive a confirmation by email. Upon receipt of your confirmation you should make accommodation reservations for a hotel if you will need one. We have listed several hotels and Air B N B's on the hotel link above that will range in the $100-$150 area. Booth fees are very reasonable. 10x10 is $389 (includes $49 city license) and a 20x10 is discounted to just $499 (and also includes $49 city license fee). Corner booths are NO EXTRA CHARGE.There is never a commission on sales at any Steve Powers produced event.Show Hours will be Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pmYou must have a valid California Resale License Permit #. San Luis Obispo Art in the Park has overnight security. We suggest that you secure your booth each night with zippered sidewalls. All exhibitors must be in attendance in their booth 10 minutes before the show opens. All exhibitors must have a white canopy.
